I wasn't all that familiar with Timecop1983, but read that this album featured several collaborations with Josh Dally, whose with At 1980 I have really enjoyed - and it's the same here too. The instrumental numbers are equally enjoyable too, though, creating a great atmosphere - the whole album passes with no drag, though 'One Night' is the highlight for me - a real belter of a poptone.
